FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MADE TO MATCH FOOD SUGGESTION

1)    Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2)    Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years and over.  Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
 

Entry

3)    The promotion commences on 27/3/2014 and closes 23:59pm on 30/4/2014. No entries will be accepted after this time.

4)    To enter email info@madetomatch.co.nz and tell us what your favourite dessert to match with beer is, and include your full name and address, and preferred t-shirt size (small, medium, large, XL, or XXL).

5)    The Promoter will select one (1) winner from all entries received. The winning entry will receive a prize.

Winner Selection

6)    Entries must comply with the following Terms and Conditions to qualify as a valid entry:
a)    The entry must be original
b)    The entry must be in English;
c)    Entries must be submitted by an individual (no group entries will be allowed).

7)    Entries will be reviewed for content before being judged; however, such review does not relieve you from responsibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that otherwise contain prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by the Promoter, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and will not be considered eligible. The Promoter makes the final determination as to which entries are eligible to take part in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

8)    The Promoter will select the winners on 01/5/2014. The Promoter’s selection of winners will be at the discretion of the Promoter based on those having met the entry criteria submitted during the relevant period.

9)    The winners will be notified by email by no later than 6/5/2014.


10)    The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes

11)    The prize consists of an Al Brown ‘Humble Pie’ T-shirt, valued at $50.  The prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

12)    Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.   

13)    Prize will be couriered to the winners’ addresses within 10-14 working days of being notified.

14)    In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

15)    The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry as a direct or indirect result of a technical problem of any kind or any traffic congestion on the internet or any website.  Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.  The Promoter assumes no responsibility for, and the entrants release the Promoter from, any loss, claim, damage or injury to person or property (including computer systems and servers) as a result of the participation of the entrant in this promotion or the conduct of this promotion generally.

16)    Without limiting the foregoing, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for, and the entrants release the Promoter from, any loss, claim, damage or injury to person or property if, for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control (e.g. due to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures etc), this promotion is not able to be conducted as planned and/or the promotion's administration, security, fairness or integrity are corrupted or affected.  Further, in such circumstances, the Promoter may modify or suspend the promotion and/or invalidate any entries of any individual in any way involved in interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion or abusing the communication system upon which the promotion is being conducted.

1)    Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2)    Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years and over.  Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
 

Entry

3)    To enter:

a)    visit  www.madetomatch.co.nz; and
b)    fill in your required details as set out on the website to register for the monthly updates from Made to Match.

4)    Limit of one entry per valid email address, per person.

5)    The promotion commences on 28/03/2014 and closes 23.59 on 30/04/2014.  No entries will be accepted after this time.

6)    The draw will take place on 05/05/2014.  The first four (4) valid entries drawn will receive prizes.

7)    The winner(s) will be notified by email by no later than 07/04/2014.
 

Prizes

8)    Each Prize consists of 1 x Al Brown gift pack – with an Al Brown Olive Oil Gift Pack and a set of the Whitestone Butters by Al Brown, valued at $90. The prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

2)    Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years and over.  Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.  
 

Entry

3)    The promotion commences on 7/5/2014 and closes 23:59pm on 5/6/2014. No entries will be accepted after this time.
4)    To enter email info@madetomatch.co.nz and tell us what your favourite duck recipe is, and include your full name and address, and preferred oil skin vest size (small, medium, large, XL, XXL or XXXL).
5)    The Promoter will select three (3) individual winners from all entries received. Each winning entry will receive a prize.
 

Winner Selection

6)    Entries must comply with the following Terms and Conditions to qualify as a valid entry:
 a)    The entry must be original;
 b)    The entry must be in English; and
 c)    Entries must be submitted by an individual (no group entries will be allowed).

15)      If the winner is unable to be notified (including failure to respond to notification) within 10 working days of the prize draw, his/her selection as the prize winner will be forfeited and an alternative prize winner may be selected, in the Promoter’s sole discretion.

Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. If entrants do not opt in, the Promoter will destroy their personal information by 30/06/2014.
